Who we are
Asiatech Vietnam Joint Stock Company (ASTVN., JSC) was set up in Hanoi in September 2014. Our clients are hospitals, provincial health departments and public project management units that are investing in medical equipment. We help them decide what to buy, write the technical specifications, run the tender and check that what is delivered matches the contract.
Our engineers and consultants know Vietnam’s public investment and bidding rules well. All our work follows an internal quality procedure based on the ISO quality management model.
What we do
Clients can hire us for a single stage or for the whole project.
Studies that set out what equipment is needed, why, and at what cost.
Equipment lists and specifications based on the hospital’s services, building and budget.
Tender documents and bid evaluation on Vietnam’s national e-procurement system.
Independent review before each approval, and supervision during installation.
We have prepared feasibility studies for equipment programmes at Bach Mai Hospital, Military Hospital 103, military hospitals under the Ministry of National Defence and a new 1,500‑bed general hospital in Binh Duong. Each study looks at the hospital’s clinical needs, its building and the available budget, and gives the approving authority a clear basis for its decision.
We base technical requirements on clinical performance rather than on one manufacturer’s product, so that several qualified suppliers can compete. We regularly specify imaging, operating theatre, ICU, laboratory, radiotherapy and cardiology equipment.
Project owners appoint us to appraise bidding documents and contractor selection results before they are approved. We check compliance with the Law on Bidding, the consistency of the technical criteria and how each price was set.
